Shipping Policy for eCa eCo Shop Items – All items indicated to be eCa eCo Shop are shipped on the other day upon payment confirmation. ECa eCo Shop items orders received after 11:00 A.M. KST (Korea Standard Time) will be shipped on the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse, and it will provide the tracking number for your shipment.
Out-of-Stock Policy As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “eCa eCo Shop” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to notify you by email immediately that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within three (3) business days.
Order Cancellation Policy To cancel an order you have placed, you must contact customer support by phone at +1 310 W.A.T.E.R.A.L (928 3743) or email us at INFO@medicleanatoz.com Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When you contact customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund, minus shipping and handling costs, per the following.
Standard Return Policy If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from KTCC, either through KTCC’s local distributor’s Page, KTCC’s website, in person or via telephone, can be returned to KTCC. KTCC products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with a brief note stating the reason for the return, and a copy of the original receipt.
Returning the Item The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are not refundable. All returns must be sent, using trackable shipping service, to: KTCC’s Local Distributor either KTCC’s Production Site in S.Korea. #127-9 DeuckgoRo, HoengsungGun, KangwonDo 25243, South Korea. If you are shipping an item over $400, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. No refund will be issued for any item that is not received back at this location, or that is not trackable.
Refunds For returns with a copy of original receipt, refunds will be issued, at the original purchase price, in the same method of payment as the original payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within ten business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. When returning the product in person, the original card must be present at time of return. A state or government issued ID is required for identification purposes only. This is required for all returns and exchanges made in person. We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Special orders are non-returnable and are non-refundable.
Contact Us If you’ve returned an item to us and have not received a refund, please allow for processing time and then check your bank account again; as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
